“One of them is called “The Tapestry Room,” so called from the windows and bed curtains being formed of that manufacture. From the windows of this room is an enchanting view. Another apartment is called “The Chinese Room” from the hangings on the walls. A third magnificent room is styled “The Red Room.” The whole are fitted up with the same taste as displayed in those portions of the edifice already particularized, and contain specimens of antique cabinets, wardrobes, and other precious objects.”
